Refund Policy – TTWAPI
At TTWAPI, we provide digital business automation services and software-based solutions. Since our services are digital in nature, refund requests are reviewed carefully based on the issue reported by the customer.
Customers may request a refund only in cases where the purchased service is not delivered, technically inaccessible for an extended period, or affected by a verified billing issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with valid proof of payment and issue details.
Please note that completed digital services, activated subscriptions, setup charges, custom configurations, third-party charges, and used service credits are generally non-refundable.
All refund requests are manually reviewed and approved by Lakshminarayan Kahar after verification of the customer account, transaction details, and service usage status. The approval or rejection of refunds will be communicated to the customer through registered email or support channels.
TTWAPI reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of policy violations, misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or incomplete information provided by the customer.
