🔹 STEP 1: Prepare Your Google Sheet

Open your Google Sheet where customer data is stored
Ensure Row 1 has headers (Name, Phone Number, etc.)
Phone numbers must include country code (e.g., 919876543210 for India)
Make a note of which column contains phone numbers (Column B, C, etc.)

🔹 STEP 2: Open Apps Script Editor

In your Google Sheet, click Extensions → Apps Script from the top menu
A new tab will open with the Google Apps Script editor
Delete any existing code in the editor (Ctrl+A then Delete)

🔹 STEP 3: Paste the Generated Script

Click the "Copy" button above to copy the entire script
Go back to Apps Script editor and paste (Ctrl+V) the script
The script will automatically appear in the editor

🔹 STEP 4: Save the Project

Click the Save icon (💾) in the toolbar
Or press Ctrl + S (Windows) or Cmd + S (Mac)
Name your project: "WhatsApp Integration" or any name you prefer

🔹 STEP 5: Run & Authorize

Click the Run ▶️ button (in the toolbar)
A popup will appear: "Authorization Required"
Click Review Permissions
Select your Google account
Click Allow - this gives permission to access your sheet and send API requests
If successful, you'll see "Execution completed" in the logs

🔹 STEP 6: Refresh Your Google Sheet

Go back to your Google Sheet tab
Refresh the page (Press F5 or Ctrl+R)
After refresh, you'll see a new menu item at the top: "📲 WhatsApp API"

🔹 STEP 7: Send Messages

Click 📲 WhatsApp API → Send Messages
The script will process each row and send WhatsApp messages
A popup will show results: Success count and Failed count
Check View → Logs in Apps Script editor for detailed errors

⚠️ Important Notes:
• Your Bearer Token must be valid and active
• Template must be APPROVED in WhatsApp Manager
• Phone numbers: Must include country code (91 for India, 1 for USA)
• First run may take time depending on number of rows
• If you get errors, check the Execution Log in Apps Script editor

🔧 Troubleshooting Tips:
• Error: "Invalid token" → Check your Bearer Token is correct
• Error: "Template not found" → Template name must match exactly
• Error: "Invalid phone number" → Add country code to phone numbers
• Nothing happens → Refresh sheet after authorization
